Sometimes I need to reassure myself…..
The page layouts are coming along rather nicely. The yellow showing through this round design is actually the next page, as the design outlines an aperture through the pages. Some text, a bit of stitching and a wee tad more embellishment and this spread is done. There are a few others in the same state and the rest are one step behind, but are falling into place nicely. I was hopeing to have the spreads all finished by the end of the week, but life interceded and I’m about three days behind where I’d like to be. If only the weather would improve so that the other living entities in this house could LEAVE for a few hours.
Sigh.
Hopefully I’ll have something more to show by the end of the weekend.
I always thought that any parent who gets ANYthing accomplished when a child is toilet training is ahead of the game.
When you’re housebound, too, well, it’s a wonder you aren’t mad.
I love the colours of the spread.
Vicky, that is one hell—or heaven:}—-of a journal—just gorgeous! Love the colour choice and you’ve certainly maintained the integrity of feeling for the medieaval theme—wondrous!
This piece is such a wonderful example of what a little imagination can create. I find it very interesting.
