When wearing slippers, it is sometimes difficult to tell that you are standing on the tail fur of a sitting dog.
If you then throw a toy for said dog, there is much skittering and little forward motion of the dog.
You, however, may find yourself flat on your back being quizzed by a child on the nature of gravity and its deleterious side-effects.

I’m sorry.. but wood floors and a BC?? Mine is crazy enough on the tile floors. However, Jake would certainly let me know if I were standing on his tail.
