I was perusing John Gushue's blog the other day when I followed a link to SkylarkD's post, in which she writes about a fellow who wrote a book about the fifty most depressing songs ever written. The songs themselves weren't as interesting as the author's (Tom Reynolds) comments on them. (I still like "Total Eclipse of the Heart". Maybe that says something about my mental state.)
Even more hilarious was the article he wrote for the Seattle Times on his encounters with his publisher's lawyers. After having met a few lawyers and seen how their minds work, I can just picture the frenetic buzzing in the publication company's legal hive upon reading this work. Must have made their week…..
