It was a beautiful morning this morning. Not at all cold and the remains of the freezing rain had encrusted everything. Only in Newfoundland do we get freezing rain, freezing drizzle and freezing fog; it all depends on the size of the drops.
This is the “after” shot of the pine tree I photographed yesterday, with another twelve hours of rain layered on.
The heather plants were trapped in icy cocoons.
