Sun and spring
A trip to Bowring Park on a beautiful sunny day.

It’s Easter break for the kids and I have more of them around than is usual, despite a clay camp for Katherine in the mornings. Coincidentally, the weather deities have decided that we are to be allowed (at least on a limited basis) some spring-like temperatures. Several days of 10°C weather have made us delightfully outdoorsy in these parts and I’ve really not spent much time at the computer at all.

I do, of course, have a memory card full of pictures that now need editing, but I’ll get to that on Friday, when the temperatures are supposed to dip down near freezing and we might get wet snow. Or Thursday, when the heavens are to open and a deluge is to drop on us.

But the day before yesterday I could run in shorts and that means spring is finally here. For now.

Thanks! It was a joy to be able to get down on the ground and not be kneeling in snow!
